Roma has a few good playmaking midfielders but don't really have any hard edged defensive mids, he would be a good fit in that regard.

Chelsea bid 100million for oblak couple years ago apparently.
Outside of teams like Milan. Ajax. City. Liverpool. There would be a lot of interest in oblak and GianluigiD.
The united situation is interesting even prior to the euro final. Couple of good not great players. Assume they think hendo has potential given his age.
