I call BS on Chelsea being after Hazard. That club doesn’t seem like the sentimental types, especially for a player who has been shit and always injured since he left Chelsea. Not really worth the risk for them.

Newcastle for sure, they have no money limits and are desperate to avoid relegation. Haward would be a risk worth taking for them and if he’s shit, they can sell him for pocket change next summer.

Depending on the valuation and how much his wages will be might be worth it.

From the glamour of living in Chelsea and Madrid ……..to Newcastle?

Doesn't matter where you live if you get paid 400k / week it can be glamorous.

And don't count out Saudis jetting players in every day. Eto did it when Anzhi's billionaire bought him. Commuted from Moscow every day and on match day, would've cost a fortune.

So Pogba must have now secured his status as the worst transfer of all time.

ManU let him walk on a free, bought him back for 89m, and now will let him walk on a free again at the end of the season :drunk:

Who gets him? Back to Juve?

Back to Juve for free. Man Utd buy him 3 years later for 89m "to bring him home".

United fans, what's the latest with Phil Jones? Is he likely to move out on loan to get playing time? Feel like he could be a good Championship pick up if no one else is interested in him.

Available to a good home. He was fit and injury free about a month ago but nobody who wanted him on loan would pay his wages.

Would hope we might take a look at him in January with the new Turkish cash. Seems a perfect loan signing for this season and then try to buy him permanently if we're looking good.

Was a couple of rumours of a loan spell at Newcastle that's as much as I heard, but he could be getting a run with you guys don't think many teams in the EPL are keen on him.

I’d imagine in Jan we’d be looking for a cheap and durable defensive mid with Fabinho, Thiago, Keita, Milner and Elliott all out, and we’ll probs need Jones and Ox to fill in up front (with Jota, Firmino, Minamino and Origi) while Mane and Salah (and Keita) are gone at AFCON.

Who is on the market? Even for a loan?

This might be a stupid question but do wages contribute to FFP?
Yeah. Most expenses except youth development (not transfer fees for youth players) and infrastructure.
