But it was just a genuine question. I answered honestly. I think Fabinho is one of the best DM's in the world and yes Rice can play box to box also, but Bellingham is an all action midfielder. We already have Fab, the natural choice for us would be Bellingham.

But that's beside the point. Nobody even answered or stirred up debate on what is a FOOTBALL FORUM. Instead everybody just goes on the attack.

Either one would be fine. I have mentioned Declan Rice a lot and I have also mentioned Bellingham a lot. If United buy either one, I would be happy. Both are great fits.

I'd go Bellingham but that's due in part to the fact we already have a superior DM in Fabinho.

In fact you could go back one post further to your question about Bellingham and Rice, asking people to pick between two class kids, and then suggesting you have the 'superior player' in Fabinho, and then when people disagreed that he's superior, presenting a strawman of 'not the best' = 'thinks he's shit' topped off with a grinning emoji.

Bellingham would cost upwards of 50-60m as things stand and there's been a number of examples in recent years of players doing well in Germany struggling to adapt to the PL. Rice is a readymade player where you'd have a lot more confidence in what you're buying, even if it's at a premium.

While we're at it and you're the expert on depth and nuance of argument, perhaps you can give me some pointers on what depth this response lacked.

Not sure, he'd be up there. Rodri, Fab, Rice... I think Rice is a mixture of Fab and Hendo from a Liverpool perspective so that's why I'd prefer us go after Bellingham but Rice has the runs on the board in the PL.
