This video covers it pretty well (if you have a spare 30 mins lol). Guy has done a few videos on Chelsea that cover other aspects of it - one I linked is 11 months old. Pretty much all about future revenue and they don't think the sanctions that might ever come their way will ever impact the club much.

I did click on it. They still exist in the squad. Most teams sell before buying. Chelsea just buy and then leave the rest to rot.
