Why would Kane leave Spurs and then return back to them if he comes back to the PL? If he gets a taste of winning trophies with Bayern Munich for a few years, he won’t touch Spurs with a ten foot pole after that. It's a good time for Kane to leave, go to Bayern, win some trophies, have a crack at the Champions League then go back to Tottenham in 3 or so years to finish you career and finally chase down that Shearer record.
Easy.

Walk away.
Yeah, I wish.Please do.
Yeah, I wish.
But he desperately wants the move, you are not not wanting to sell and we have proved that we'll pay crazy money to get what we want. 2nd season in a row we'll over pay you guys to keep Colwill on our books haha.

I'm more bemused by the strategy you went in with to put in multiple low bids that had already been rejected last season from Arsenal.
They say any former Liverpool captain will never walk alone
Just wait til Jordan Henderson hosts his annual LBQT rally in Saudi Arabia
I guess we arent Arsenal and this isn't last winter.
It's a strategy that all clubs use, have a starting point and work your way towards a selling price. Sometimes sanity prevails and there is a compromise between both parties so they can move on with the rest of the window.
Last winter we had less contractual hold over him and a 70 million bid was rejected.
I don't see how starting at 60 million and then making another 2 bids just to get back to 70 million achieves anything.
Once Colwill was out of the picture and Rice went for 100 million our evaluation was always going to be at 100 million.
We are now at 80m. Slowly getting closer.
I guess there'll come a time where you'll want to be able to replace him too before the window shuts.
Which is what RDZ has stated.
Thus the small unrealistic bids are seen as nothing more than a waste of time for us.
The longer this drags on the less likely we are to sell.
80m isn't small
I guess all you have to do is say he's not for sale and we can all move on.
He hasnt been the same player since blowing up his achilles. Lost his bust to beat a player. Those numbers seem quite cheap. He's only 22, he's athletic, a few England caps. Does he have injury or attitude problems?

While that is true i do think the clubs will come to a compromise in the end. We'll meet somewhere in the middle. Our valuation is already out there.
He's for sale at that price.
All you have to do is pay it and then we can all move on.
