With 35 goal contributions this season, being a starting player for Uruguay at 24 and plenty of experience in CL / PL Darwin will have many clubs after him if we do choose to part ways. He's a very effective weapon when harassed in the right way.
How does being a starting player at Uruguay make any difference?

You also have to look at who he scored his goals against and got his assists against. 0 goals and assists against other top 4 sides. Only goals against sides 8th and above were against Newcastle

I think this is wishful thinking.

Would you honestly be excited if Liverpool were chasing him after those numbers if they needed a centre forward?

I think Nunez is a pretty handy player. Wasteful but I think Liverpool play their best football with him in the team. They probably need the money to fund the replacement but if they could convince him I think he’d be the perfect type of player to have real impact off the bench.

Think they struggle to sell him for anything near what they bought him for though. None of the big premier league sides are an option. Bayern and Real won’t be interested, Barca wouldn’t have the money and not sure who in Italy could afford it either. Maybe PSG or Atletico but it’s not exactly a market that will drive the price up.

Not sure why people are suggesting top clubs take a look at him? He's not a top club player.

Nunez is a gun, if my team is facing Pool I look for Salah and Nunez if they aren't playing its an easy game. Why they trying to sell their best player? United 2.0.

What Pool should be doing is selling Gakpo and Jota who are actually shit. And they should wait and see what a decent manager can do with Darwin. Klopp's ceiling is the carabao cup. His team was on fire when Nunez was wide so the tired man put him back int he CF because Salah was back, who ended up playing like trash.

Wonder where he ends up?
Highly doubt we are selling him. Way too much potential to give up on him just yet and we spent too much money just to sell now. I think deleting all the pics has more to do with abuse from dickhead fans than it does anything from the club.

Odd logic - they can just as easily abuse any other picture of him. If that was the reason, he'd delete the whole account.

It makes zero sense to sell him. Liverpool are about to start a new chapter - maybe Nunez fits, maybe he doesn't.

Also, Mo is nearing the end.

The thought of Liverpool going forward without Mo and Nunez seems unlikely.

I dont think either are going anywhere in the summer.
