He's defanatly after the longest contract possible. There is one club at least with a 7 year deal prepared. If Collingwood offer him 250k under what Freo have it would want to be 7 years.

Run down:
1. They play a radio clip of Eddie on the radio this morning, saying the back page story Robbo wrote, where he states three clubs are after Cloke, but he only names Fremantle, as a rubbish story.

2. Robbo denies it being a rubbish story, saying that whenever Cloke is being chased by three clubs, it's a story.

3. Whateley takes the step, and indeed asks then who the other two clubs are chasing Cloke. Robbo responds that he isn't going to speculate and allow fact to get in the way of his story, as it could play down the whole article. WHAT THE F***? You say three clubs are after Cloke, but your not entirely sure who the other two clubs are and refuse to report it?

4. He then names Melbourne, saying that they will be chasing him, but from his sources, they are yet to put an offer on the table.

What a gutter story writer Robbo is. My brother who is a Carlton supporter, can't believe what he just watched.
