Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
A few days ago a topice was started about how the dockers cop it from the tribunal. From that allot of people said they were ok with Brown copping the suspension, just as long as the tribunal was consistent for the next triping charge.

Well as soon as the topic leaves the front page. What should happen, but another tripping charge and evidence that the tribunal isnt being consistent.
The Geelong player (Houlihan?) not only triped the player but basically kicked him as he got away.He stretched his leg out to stop his oposition player from escaping. An act allot worse than that of Browns and what does he cop?

You guessed it half the suspension.

yes i thought schwartz was ok seeing him on the footy show, what an idiot, he even flashed his bruise around at the tribunal so he could show how dangerous browns actions were,
idiot

Evidently Houlihan had never been reported (let alone suspended!) in his entire playing career - from under 15's through to AFL seniors.

That's gotta be worth something!!

Cheers

Sabre,

I'd doubt very much if there is any sort of Fremantle conspiracy going on at the tribunal but after seeing both incidents I would have thought Houlihan deserved the same suspension as Brown.

I was at the game and immediately said to the Geelong supporter I was with that Adam had just earned himself a two week rest before the season starts.

If it is true that Schwarz got up at the tribunal hearing and didn't try and help the kid out then that is pretty poor form in my opinion.

Schwartz has a healthy hatred of the Dockers. It all began when he was on the Footy Show and made some comment about how bad the Dockers were and how the Dees would thump them that weekend (it was about two seasons ago). Lo and behold he put the wood on his own team nad they got walloped by the Dockers that weekend.
For some reason that really seems to have rattled his cage. No surprises then when he does everything he can to get Brown done.
