I have no idea what's in our constitution but how the **** is it we can't just chuck someone out of the senate when they're so clearly not fit for office.

However, because he earned his spot on Pauline Hanson’s ticket, kicking him out would allow her to appoint his replacement, and therefore have another incumbent ahead of the next election.
