The cricket and Big Brother hurt Nine's chances of winning the week with a smaller than usual win last night. 60 Minutes particularly low
Sunday:
Nine - 27.4%
Seven - 22.7%
Ten - 19.6%
SBS - 15.2%
ABC - 15.1%

Top 10:
N9N - 1.889
Big Bro - 1.494
BY Blitz - 1.465
CSI - 1.423
7N - 1.391
60 Mins - 1.377
YAWYE - 1.257
CSI NY - 1.204
ABC News - 1.204
Sweet Home Alabama - 1.158

Big Brother dominated, the rest of the figures don't mean much

Monday
Ten - 28.5%
Seven - 21.3%
Nine - 20.8%
SBS - 15.1%
ABC - 14.3%

Ten won everywhere
Seven was 2nd in Sydney and Perth, 3rd elsewhere
Nine was 2nd in Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, 3rd in Sydney and 5th in Perth

The top 10 based on the schedule, which are wrong for the Ten shows because BB ran 27 minutes overtime:
1. BB: The Winner Announced - 2.214
2. BB: The Final Eviction - 1.801
3. TT - 1.498
4. 7N - 1.469
5. N9N - 1.378
6. Numb3rs - 1.340
7. ACA - 1.284
8. H&A - 1.246
9. Temptation - 1.196
10. Enough Rope - 1.127

Ten are claiming the real numbers were
The Winner Announced - 2.28
The Final Eviction - 1.801
Numb3rs - 1.140

As I said, these numbers don't mean much, can't take much notice of the ABC either because most ABC watchers aren't BB watchers but
The Alice - 850k
7:30 Report - 811k

Grey's Anatomy - 915k
Millionaire - 1.02
Four Corners - 809k

Cricket - 501k

Nine has a very narrow lead over Ten for the week, 2 points ahead of Seven. Ten's stronger than usual tonight with CRSC, 90 minutes of Idol and Rove with the Big Brother Wrap, Nine's lineup looks very ordinary and Seven have a strong 7:30 hour, solid 8:30 hour and then it drops away. Can't see Nine getting out of 3rd tonight, and Seven should to get away with a couple of point victory despite their 9:30 onwards schedule.

Programming:
Sex and the City experiment has failed for Ten, they're putting Law & Order in at 9:30 in a couple of weeks
For Love or Money back next Monday night at midnight on Seven
The new series of Queer As Folk will be shown by SBS next month, they're showing the last 3 of the previous season for the next 3 non-cricket Mondays then into the new series.

Sunday
7:00 Australian Idol Semi Final Performance Show (Ten)
Next week
Monday:

7:30 Australian Idol Semi Final Results Show (Ten)
So, this Sunday (21st August) will be the second semi-final live performance show? Interesting, I would have thought they'd be screened weekly on a Tuesday with results on a Wednesday.

Any idea why this is?

It was only mid-week because Big Brother had the Sunday/Monday slots, now that's gone, Idol takes over

Grey's Anatomy is also getting encore screenings - both episodes shown so far will be shown after Die Another Day on Sunday night, and again as the midday movie on Monday

Bloody ch10 have stuffed up the episodes.I've just looked on the net to see which episode it is and it's an episode which should've been aired before last thursdays new episode.

Last thursday they shot Dt. Green and he's not in the last 4 or 5 episodes of the current season, but it now looks like ch10 skipped at least 3 or 4 episodes. Now they're going back and showing them.

Last time I try to predict ratings :o

Tuesday
Seven - 28.2%
Nine - 27.0%
Ten - 23.8%
ABC - 13.1%

They were going to call it 'What Are Those Dodgy Foreigners Up To Now?' but Border Security was a little more catchy.

good result for True Stories too, I don't know about you, but I'm really enjoying it.
