Evidently Hector lied.

Hate that Iwobi is given so much opportunity with the first team, rarely performs for the U21 and U19's.

Ramsey takes less than 5 minutes to show he's a class above everyone else on the pitch.

Bellerin with his second assist. ******* quality. Would make a good winger.

Lol. Arteta perhaps.

Peach of a goal by Ramsey. Sub him off now Wenger.

Would rather not have risked Ramsey full stop and unless Chambers is starting vs Liverpool there wasn't a reason for him to come off, whilst I'm not sure if Arteta will last 30 minutes.

He and Campbell are starting to develop a good understanding on the wing.

Giroud
Sanchez Ozil Campbell
Coquelin ?
Monreal Koscielny Mert Bellerin
Cech

Gotta be the best side we can put out when fit, albeit I can't decide on a holding mid partner, especially if Cazorla loses anything when coming back from the knee

Ramsey has to be in the starting 11.

Bellerin and Campbell were the standouts for me. Very impressive.

Why should he be an automatic inclusion though? I agree with NTRabbit, that spot still has a question mark over it.

Sure Ramsey was good this morning in a brief sub appearance, but he's had countless games this season where he's had poor games. And quite often wasteful and selfish. Since Santi's injury, I thought he'd absolutely dominate in his preferred position. But it hasn't happened....yet.

I just think going forward Cazorla is 31 coming off a pretty serious injury so how long will he be able to maintain a quality level as a starter ? I suppose time will tell.

Ramseys best comes when is free to run forward without as much defensive responsibility. To achieve this he probably has to play in the wide right role (as he was used heavily at the start of the season).

We saw today having Chambers and Ox playing behind him he got into dangerous areas and scored when he came on, the same against Newcastle when Chambers came on to play with Flamini and he almost scored a lovely goal.

Remains to be seen how he returns from his injury, but I wouldn't want to write him off just yet. Hasn't really had a history of injuries aside from this knee occurance, which was an impact injury that who knows might have been a different outcome if he didn't play out the game.

Plenty of footballers have maintained a quality standard as a CM in their early 30s. But we won't know until he's back.

Santi was fantastic last season but the decline has clearly begun. Before the injury he'd been average - harsh maybe, but compared to last season it's a noticeable drop off.

The 1-1 with Spurs and 2-1 with West Brom highlighted how he's non-existent when powerful midfields get a hold of us. Spurs and Brom bitched our midfield and Santi was anonymous in both games. Alli, Dembele and Dier ruining us was awful viewing.

I'd be surprised if Santi is starting next to Coq next season. Should be a rotation player at best. Also worth mentioning that he's naturally an attacking midfielder so we may see him get some minutes there. Not sure Ramsey is the option either but he has the attributes and he'll benefit with Coq and not Flamini beside him.

On Ramsey, overall he's been outstanding since moving to CM. We're better off buying a proper RW player (while shipping Ox off on loan) and keeping Ramsey at CM, rather than buying a new CM and continuing to pigeonhole Ramsey out wide.

Ox can't hit a 5 yard pass to the advantage of a teammate, let alone make the difference in the attacking third.

Total liability.
