So glad we moved to the emirates so we can financially compete with most clubs in Europe, now we are fortunate enough to have top quality players like Flamini starting for us at the Nou Camp.
Are you ever happy in life?

Eh at least we are going down swinging and not embarrassing ourselves. Too little too late of course but better than taking another ass reaming like previous trips there. Lack of overall class is the difference.Welbeck missing his chance vs Suarez taking his sums up where both teams are at.

The best team in the world loaded with players that only need half a chance to score. Something to aim for right?

Nice to see Juventus putting Bayern to the sword too.

Barcelona v Juventus repeat?

Agree with most that it was one of our better performances recently, just got put to the sword by the best team in world football and had small mistakes punished. Nice games from Iwobi and Elneny, shame he couldn't finish like that on Sunday or we would be in an FA cup semi final.

Love Elneny. Credit where it's due, fantastic purchase.

Anyone see Morata's run and assist for Juve's second goal? I know Giroud was brought in to be a hold-up CF but **** me, a striker who can run at defenses and drag defenders out of position like that would be handy. We should be throwing £40mil at Juve/Madrid for him.

Welbeck>Giroud>Walcott

Our strike force is gash, especially for a club that should be competing for the title.

Giroud should have always been our back up striker, he's decent but not good enough to be a starter for Arsenal, never has been. I prefer Welbeck over Giroud but Welbeck isn't really good enough either, he's a slight improvement on Giroud and Walcott is just a joke, not Arsenal quality should be playing for a relegation battler/Championship team.

^^ fairly accurate summation. We need a world class forward - simple as that. Moving on Walcott and getting rid of his disgustingly high wages will help this process.

Nice finish by Elneny, if we don't get a better striker in the transfer period I think we miss top 4.

Realistically who?

We aren't the only club that will be looking for a forward -

Man City have Aguero and nothing else (Bony has been bunk and a bunch of youngsters)
Man united have Martial and nothing else (Depay nothing special, Shrek past it and a bunch of youngsters)
Chelsea have Costa and nothing else (Failcow and Pato-no-games)
Liverpool have that guy that's always injured (Benteke poor, Ings lol, Balotelli crazy and a bunch of youngsters)

Lukaku will leave Everton (despite what their fans think) but he still has a hard on for Chelsea so he'll end up back there.

I'd take a punt on someone like Berahino but i doubt Wenger will.

Zlatan would be an interesting choice as he certainly has the talent but at 35 a) can he handle the Premier league? b) would we be willing to smash our wage structure considering he's on about £1m A MONTH at PSG? He'd be double our highest paid players.

I want a new forward too but it's difficult to see where that player is going to come from.

Morata, Higuain, Aubameyang, Griezmann, Lukaku, Benzema.

Some aren't likely to want to move, but the club should be bending over backwards trying to negotiate with players of this ilk.

EPL forward players are generally gash compared to the best in Europe. Need to be looking at youngsters playing in Spain, Italy and France if none of the above can be acquired - the next Dybala, for example.
