Cabaye would be an excellent signing. But Flamini is the most likely now.

Just 4 days to go. But never fear, our new signings will be the following:

- Ox
- Podolksi
- Diaby
- Arteta
- Vermaelen

When they return from injury.

Park Chu Young may be going to St. Etienne. Wouldn't mind Josua Guilavogui (Spelling) involved in the deal, would be good back up for Ramsey and be helpful when we come against the like of city and spurs who have big strong midfielders.

PS- Were rumoured to be in for Guilavogui

Never heard of Guilavogui, what kind of player are they? An actual defensive midfielder?

Can play as a box to box which is where I would use him but can and does also play as a holding midfielder. He's a powerful unit which is why I want him so he can compete against the likes of Yaya Toure and Fernandinho, though is still raw. Has won three caps with france and is in their up and coming squad for the international break next weekend or the week after.

Should get through, could even finish top. Dortmund wont be as good last season and may not have Gundogan for their first couple of games. The other teams won't be too difficult I dont imagine, Marseille lack quality up front while Napoli have Hamsik who if we can mark out of the game wont pose too much of a threat.

Quite a tough group on paper, but if there's one thing Wenger knows how to do, it's to scratch through the group stage. Dortmund will still be tough despite losing some key players. Our record away in Italy is pretty good. Napoli again means Higuain will play at the emirates again this season, poetic.

But the biggest news of the day is we've finally nailed the quality Wenger has been seeking for months.

Flamini, the bloke who walked out on us 5 years ago when we weren't good enough for him, is back.

No pints, no pies and no programmes. Fully support that sentiment for all Gooners going to the stadium for the NLD.

Apparently Wenger is planning to part with his money at one of the burger joints near the Emirates as he's heard that he'll be offered some french frees upon purchase to sweeten the deal..

Are you blokes taking the piss?

We play against a mid table standard club like Villa and get trounced.

We play a rabble in Fenerbache and cruise to victory and all of a sudden we'll flog the likes of Dortmund, Marseille & Napoli?

This weekend may have you reevaluating your position in this regard ...

Now thoroughly convinced we wont sign anyone of note.

Making enquires for players two days before the window closes? Should have been done ****ing months ago.

Window will shut, Wenger will bemoan that there was no "super duper duper quality" to be found and our season will be shot by the end of October.

That's exactly what Wenger will say. Always plays the victim. No one is selling. Top quality is not there. We've had bad luck. So on and so forth.

Trounced? What game were you watching? We dominated majority of the game, copped 2 contentious penalties and a crappy red card as well. Definitely unlucky not to get a draw.

We play a rabble in Fenerbache and cruise to victory and all of a sudden we'll flog the likes of Dortmund, Marseille & Napoli? I dont think anyone said we would trounce those teams but we know how to get out of the group stages even though its been a while since wwe had this tough of a group.

Against Spurs? They have won 1-0 twice with their only goals being penalties, suddenly they're going to put us to the sword? Sure.

Man City lost to Cardiff. They must be in some sort of crisis.

Keep underestimating Dortmund. They actually have a better squad than they did last season.

Only lost Goetze, and replaced him with Henrikh Mkhitaryan & the PEA.

Watching Sanogo run out makes me think that Wenger is praying he scores a goal so the smug prick can tell us "told you we recruit quality".
I am lost for words as to our lack of business. Every morning I wake up to see who we have signed and all I see is Spuds signing players. Even seeing E'TO going as free to Chelsea makes me sick.
