Given there were more forfeits in Premier B Men this year than Premier B Women I hope this isn’t the reason. Regardless I am told that the VAFA made a mistake with their press release and Premier B Women isn’t going anywhere. It would be nice if some clarification could be made public as a lot of clubs are rightly concerned by the announcement.
You’re absolutely correct, Coolbananas:

Neither the Premier B Men nor the Premier B Women experienced any forfeits. However, the Men’s Reserves had a total of four forfeits, with one club responsible for two of those. In contrast, the Women’s Reserves had only two forfeits, which hardly supports the idea of disbanding that section.

What else can we, as supporters, say to the Big Bananas at HQ to argue that the forfeit rate (2) is not significant enough to justify eliminating an important section? It seems that collectively, we all share the same curiosity about the reasons behind this questionable decision.

Does anyone know of any clubs struggling for numbers around inner Melbourne? Got a group of about 10 guys that would be keen to have a run around together.

Please feel free to shoot a message through if you know of anyone that could use a hand.

Preston Bullants is another one, if it's not too far north.

Will the VAFA drop Australian Venue Co as a sponsor for being so un Australian ?
I mean choosing to support the Indigenous population in the country is a weird way of thinking about being "Un-Australian"

All quiet on the Western Front.

Currently, six additional players from Willi CY's are in VFL training squads, being Williamstown, Werribee, Essendon, and Port Melbourne.

How are the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Fronts performing?
