Round started well with Pendles as captain, then Fyfe injured, then Birchall injured, Magner very disappointing, had Greene on the field and Sheil on the bench, Goodes reported and I'm still beating my opponent by 370 
he has Fyfe as his captain and he doesn't have Ablett and Boyd in his team

Im not sure who im venting at probably bad luck
I checked the weather report 2-3 days before GC vs ESS game and is said no rain for that day. Turn the tv and on and all i see in the 2nd,3rd and 4th quarter is a bucket load of rain.
Because of this and the fact ESS are playing GC ive put Watson captain and Ablett VC as hocking kept him to just 82 DT points last year.
So sometimes research doesnt help and just locking in Boyd/Ablett is the way to go. Oh well unlucky. Luck will come my way soon.
So loss 70 points, wouldve scored 2100 i think.
Also injuries and players missing for me.
Duffield (half game R2)
Griffen (R1)
JMAC (Suspended R2 and R3)
Fyfe (Everyone has him, but likely season)
Hale (dislocated finger)
Malceski played 65% TOG after being hit in head (R2)
Birchall (R3) will miss some weeks i reckon
Mumford (R2) miss
So getting killed so far and most of those guys have decent durability.

Was no chance to beat my best mate then came back really well, would have beaten him if it wasn't for Birchall's injury. Now Selwood needs a massive score, not sure if he will even get 100. Gonna lose by 20 or less probably.

Lost one of my league matches by 2 points. A whole lot of unlucky things happened this week to contribute to that, but the one that shits me the most is that the final siren of the Port/Sydney game blew with the ball in Malceski's hands after a mark. If that game had gone 5 seconds longer, he kicks the ball, I get the extra 3 points and I win 
And I'm not 100% sure whether the mark was recorded, but he marked it with about a second to go, so if it wasn't I'm even more annoyed

The fact that I could have squeezed out 44 more points by fielding the right players. This would have made a difference. I would have won all my league games bar 1. And I'd have cracked to 2000 pts.
