Whilst you have don't have a 'free reign' in terms of what you say, Hawthorn moderators will be willing to let you guys have a little more lease in regards to what is said here.

That said, if you start creating crappy articles on the main board (threads which are spur on the moment and haven't been given alot of thought), expect to see it merged into this thread.

That's exactly how it works. Except take out "stability" insert "Consistancy".

All I can say is that was a very very painful quarter of football to watch. Back to the 2005 days. I think i'd rather go to the dentist!

3 goals from free kicks for Adelaide, What the was with the Free kick against Taylor in the marking contest??? It was actually just good play by the big fella and a free kick was a joke. The umpires have been so inconsistant, its almost like after quarter time they came out with a new rule book. They are paying the ones that they had left all first quarter and not paying some obvious holding frees.

That said Hawks were terrible in the second quarter, pissed away a nice first quarter which was full of run, full of talking and full of build ups which didnt involve chain handballs. Clarko and the crew would wanna drum it into their heads that they need to back themselves and look forward instead of 2 feet to their right......

Apparently we had free players everywhere in the 1st quarter. Then in the next, we were under constant pressure and coughing it up, even Hodgey nearly cost us a goal from a muck-up!?

2nd quarter - Bateman cops a cork and stops running - Umpries continue their bias - We stop running = Crows step it up and (with umpire assistance) kick 7 goals in a quarter.
