There were shown to be at least 8 different entry points to change or add data and they found "compelling evidence" of vote switching in the 2020 presidential election compiled by the Spanish electronic voting machine company Scytl. The Barcelona company that was "responsible for aggregating all the information from all the machines."
The servers of the company storing the voting data were in Frankfurt, Germany and were seized by U.S. Army forces according to Texas representative Louie Gohmert in an interview on the link.

This video analysis of election fraud linked below, is detailed and easy to follow and has many examples from 2020. It shows that electronic voting systems that allocate votes as a fraction can be weighted then manipulated by algorithm, to transfer a % of votes from one candidate to another.
It looks at individual party voting and straight party voting and how when one box is ticked for straight party voting this caused a transfer of 20 to 30% of votes from Trump to Biden, strongly correlated to high R precincts when it occurred.
The three researchers conclude the inputs and outputs of the US voting system are unverifiable and demonstrate where and how fraud occurred in the 2020 elections.

He is a scientist, engineer, inventor with multiple degrees and as 14 year old wrote 50,000 lines of code to replicate all features of the interoffice mail system that he named “EMAIL” - the system we use today. Earlier today Rep. Louie Gohmert told Chris Galcedo on Newsmax that people on the ground in Germany report that Scytl, which hosted elections data Improperly through Spain, was raided by a large US ARMY force and their servers were seized in Frankfurt.
The US government, once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes, then the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany. In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server.
The appropriate documents required to affect that kind of seizure were put in place, signed off on, and it appears there was also US military support in this operation.
By getting ahold of the server they now are going to have the direct evidence of when they were instructed to stop counting. They will also discover who gave the direction to stop counting and who initiated the algorithm that started switching votes. The CIA was completely excluded from this operation.

Scytl election servers were located in Frankfurt Germany, and some are claiming that seizing them will fall under the category of foreign interference in the US elections. Covered by Trump’s 2018 Executive Order gives the the DOJ the power to seize all assets of individuals and companies that were complicit in aiding or covering up this foreign interference in U.S. elections.
The National Emergency order specifically calls for seizure of all assets of entities that have, “directly or indirectly engaged in, sponsored, concealed, or otherwise been complicit in foreign interference in a United States election.”
That would, of course, have to include practically every CNN fake news anchor, every Big Tech CEO, every fake news journo-terrorist from NBC News, the NY Times and the Washington Post. They are all complicit in gas lighting America and covering up the massive foreign election interference that just took place.
Trump’s EO further explains that asset seizures shall target people and entities which have:
…materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of, any activity described in subsection (a)(i) of this section or any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or (iii) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property or interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order.

"The final red flag is perhaps the greatest. In the data are 4 spikes totaling 384, 733 ballots allegedly processed in a combined interval of only 2 hours and 38 minutes. This is physically impossible given the available equipment at the 4 reference locations."
"Wayne County uses Dominion Equipment, where 46 out of 47 precincts/townships display a highly unlikely 96%_ as the number of votes cast, using the Secretary of State's number of voters in the precinct/township; and 25 of those 7 precincts/townships show 100% turnout."

Dr Shiva discusses his own case he took to the Supreme Court which he won, proving Secretary of State (SOS) election official violated federal law by deleting ballot images because they are chain of custody proving what was on the ballots. The ballot images were taken and sued in the machine counting but then destroyed in this case.
His main point of how elections are rigged is that the software has been manually changed from counting votes in whole numbers to counting them in fractions.
The default setting of the machines is to count votes in whole numbers and the machines should have been certified in that setting and had to be manually changed to fractions which then could be weighted. However the certificates showed fractional numbers.

NASED is an organisation of every state election director Part of an organisation called Democracy works funded by Rockefeller Fdn and Caroline Murdoch through Quad riddim. SOS are the ones that are certifying these machines and when Dr Shiva tweeted his ballot images were deleted the SOS testified in Court she immediately contacted twitter to delete his account for 21 days.
