5. Cox - Lead from the front. gives me confidence that he'll be back to his best next year.
4. Strijk - so clean, does everything right. will be a gun
3. Shuey - the same deal, didnt get a heap of it but he uses it so well. that goal made me implode.
2. Spang - attack on the ball was intense, loved it. good stuff spang
1. Emac - took many defensive marks, used the ball ok actually. very strong in the contest.

HM to Schoey, Scooter, Rosa and Stevens' tackling

5. Dean Cox- tremendous effort in the great man's 200th, got so close to what would have been a deserving first win at AAMI against Port. Still a champion.
4. Andrew Strijk- Great up forward and through the middle, once again his contested marking and ability to stand up in tackles, plus his kicking, makes him dangerous
3. Luke Shuey- Showed that he doesn't need any more time in the WAFL, and should never play at that level again. Superstar in the making, his goal in the last was superb. More midfield time please
2. Eric MacKenzie- Great effort in defence, once again a few shaky moments with his disposal but you can't fault his defensive capabilites most of the time.
1. Matt Rosa- Probably our best midfielder, although we got cleaned up in the middle most of the night.

1. Coxy, played well all night, he really deserved to win.
Dont know if i cant name any one else but...
2. S selwood, ran around, tackled, getting better every week.
3. Strijk ( excuse the spelling), he will be a gun.
4. Wilson, personally thought this guy showed signs of being that key full forward we need. Always tries hard, doesn't fall to ground easy, once we see that form he used to show in the WAFL we got ourself a FF.
5. McKenzie, rather shocking disposal at times but played really well in defense.

HM- Shuey, Schofield, A selwood.
DM- Rosa's kicking, Smith was surprisingly bad, he is normally rather good.

5. Cox - Lead like a proper senior player should
4. Strijk - Always used the ball well. Good finisher
3. Mackenzie - Was a rock in defence. Almost Glass like effort
2. Shuey - First game back in almost a year and showed how its done
1. Schofield - Good solid defensive effort. Rarely beaten.

HM Spangher(threw his body at the contests)

5. Dean Cox- tremendous effort in the great man's 200th, got so close to what would have been a deserving first win at AAMI against Port. Still a champion.

5. Strijka
4. Cox
3. Emac
2. Shuey
1. A Selwood

DM - Rosa cant kick and swift just get rid of him nothing more than a wafl player.

5. Dean Cox - led the way in his 200th

4. Strijk - clean, presented well, kicked 3 goals, tackled, put in second efforts, did the little things and attacked the ball viciously. barely lost a contest all night.

3. Mckenzie - was really solid down back all game. showed us how much we missed him last week. that tackle on westhoff was awesome. and won just about every contest. very solid game.

2. shuey - didnt do that much most of the night showed his talent had a bounce but was clean all night looked a bit underdone. Then unleashed in the last quarter and was a huge reason behind our comeback. he will be a star. That last quarter was up with scully's one in the wet.

1. Wilson - presented well all night. provided a strong contest didnt turn the ball over and was hard to tackle. if he'd kicked accurately could have been our best. Have we found our FF next year? he's defs ahead of lynch and hansen at the minute.

HM
Spangher - attacked the ball really well. had a great game. maybe shouldn't be traded?
scott Selwood - was probably our best 2 or 3 players in the first 3 quarters. tackled really strong and didnt put a foot wrong has improved massively in the last month or two and is now probably our better selwood.went missing a little bit in the last where it counted.
Schoefield - just had a good solid game like all our tall backs. i thought they all won their contests and didn't turn it over much. liked him running away from rodan thought he would be caught but has got pace. cant wait to see him stack on the KG"s and be fast and strong making him damn hard to tackle.
Rosa - had a good game but shanked a couple important kicks taking him outside our best 5.

On a side note priddis was missed.
