Man we sucked today. I mean, I've seen teams suck before, be we were the suckiest bunch of sucks that ever sucked.

Worst effort I have seen the Blues put in for a looong time. At least in our previous matches we have shown some spirit, but the fight displayed today was simply atrocious. Weak tackling, no chasing, pitiful marking attempts, and continuously getting beaten by our direct opponent was an all too familar sight today.

I thought we'd put those sort of performances behind us. That was shattering.

Very much like the effort of round 6 although i think that game was the first half we lost by 90. So if we combined those two halfes wed have lost by 160 odd in round 6 for the past 2 years.

Seriously though no carlton fan could defend that second half effort. Skills were awful, tackles were weak and marks were dropped and too often kicks went down collingwoods players throats.

I think weve got more of a chance next week against bombers, lots of bullants players will be getting a chance.

Too right. But haven't we seen this trend of soul-crushing defeats by round 6-7 the last 4 years? Pagan has no idea, and is basically a stubborn old man who can't admit his deficiencies. He said in the press statement that the key to success is doing 'the basics well'. If he hasn't taught his players the basics in four years, what sort of coach is he really?
