Just interviewed about Fev
- Says he's not surprised by Parkins comments as he's in the media now and has to comment.
- There's two different Brendans. 1 is the last 6 games last year, works hard for his team and the other one thats selfish, complains about decisions and won't work for his team mates......and goes out till 4am just before playing round 1.
- Will always have hiccups, but needs work.
- Young players warm to him due to his charisma, and most of the time he's fine
- At the end of 2001, felt the club needed to go in a different direction, rebuild the list and re-grow the club via the draft.
- If they were going to unload him they should have done it years ago. Need to stick with him now, and aren't far away from getting him on track, but needs to keep working on modifying his behaviour.
- Will have one or two blow-ups every couple of years, and we have to enjoy the good years in between.
- Brendan needs Carlton and Carlton needs Brendan.
