Just on the pronunciation (because not enough people have stuck their oar in yet)....It's really about which syllable is stressed.
If you stress the first syllable, as Wayne does in the video, it'll come out MILL-uh-ruh. He clearly doesn't stress the second syllable, so muh-LAIR-uh is definitely wrong. Suggesting that the middle syllable has an 'air' sound just leads people to emphasising the wrong syllable.
