The funniest media articles this week have been ones trying to talk about mateship, I mean these are journo's FFS! Their idea of looking after a mate is to get them a Soy Latte and workplace hardship is when they run out of fresh milk and have to use milk powder in their tea. The good journo's rose to the top this week and didn't write about Collingwood, now where is that article?

Carro was still at it this morning in The Age. Funny how when someone from the debacle of a club she supports ran headlong into a tram pissed, and gave themselves quite a headache, it was an accident, not an alchol related stuff up.

Is Caroline Wilson saying Heater is suffering from depression and that's why we went soft initially on suspension? The first quote is from the beginning of the article and the 2nd comes at the end but should we be connecting the dots? Is she alluding to it without coming out directly and saying it?

"Those close to the young footballer have been concerned about his emotional state for about a month and knew there were some lingering issues relating to both his private life and his football that probably needed addressing."

"McGuire, too, has had his moments publicly with Tony Shaw, but the Magpies' president understands better than anyone the significance of the legacy this complicated, but supremely gifted football family, has had on his club. He is also aware of the tragedy Ray and Tony continue to live with following the death of their brother 14 years ago, undiagnosed with depression, who took his own life."

She was definately alluding to it. Of course, whether it is true or not remains uncertain. If it is true I trust the club will ensure that he gets all the help he needs.
