If you are a regular traveller on the London Underground, here are some facts which you are going to wish you hadn't read.

During Autumn of 2000, a team of scientists at the Department of Forensics at University College London removed a row of passenger seats from a Central Line tube carriage for analysis into cleanliness. Despite London Underground's claim that the interior of their trains are cleaned on a regular basis, the scientists made some alarming discoveries.

ah.. love those internet/email urban myths...

i received this one at work today...
it was the exact same story, word for word.. except it was changed to the Sydney state rail .... and supposedly signed by the dept of forensics, unsw...

This guys name is Johnny Haysman and is quite a cult figure here in Adelaide.

I think it is great to have a person like this in the city, he is a little bit different from the rest of us but thats what makes him so great. There is nothing more boring than a city full of clones.

He just wears different clothes from the rest of us and is not in your face like some people can be eg. Peter Hoar who loves to gate crash sporting events and funerals etc.

Our Johnny Haysman is that big now there has even been a website produced on him, see below.

Im sure I have even seen this guy on his motorbike riding down Port Road.

Thanks for that Scott, I musta seen him a hundred times but never knew his name.

Good to see that he is a Port supporter. ;)
