This won't come as a surprise, that's Tyrell's new highest rated game with a Player Rating of 16.6. His previous best was 11.5 round 24, 2024.

That PB is now a greater individual game than most of our other youngsters, bar Harley (PB26.7).

Cannot emphasise enough how good it is to see:

1. Tyrell come through the academy.
2. Back against the wall early days and potential a delist.
3. Realising what's required to make it at this level and then putting in the work on it all.
4. Now where he is and the future he can potentially have.

I believe we have heard in the past that he works closely with the kids in the academy and is arguably the perfect role model for our next generation kids and the path they can take if they put in the work.

Same reason I wish we'd at least given Jordyn Baker a debut to see what he had, felt like those two were flying the flag there alone for basically a whole season.

Loved the story Simmo told on SEN this morning that Tyrell took it upon himself to group himself with the midfielders at preseason training last year without speaking to the coaches.

Simmo had him pigeonholed as a forward (Eddiepointing.gif)…

Agree, I was very disappointed with Baker's delisting - IMO has the same ability/potential as Dewar, who I am a big fan of.
