Re: congrats sydney

Congrats guys

Great game today, and there could only be one winner. Just wish it had been us :)

Good luck for the rest of the finals!

Yeah well done Swans, too good, were the much better team for 3 qtrs, just goes to show playing one good qtr of footy won't get you far in finals, lot of upside at your club I think

A very frustrating, exciting enjoyable game.

Best of luck going forward Swannies..i'll be rooting for you the rest of the way. Just a team of class and humble players.

I'm shattered still :(. Anyway, what do you guys think of the Blues from what you saw today? Positives? Negatives? Just want the oppositions opinion. Thanks.

Carlton are on the right track dude. Like Runvs said, you probably need a CHB or a FB in my opinion. The person I have in mind, would be Chris Tarrant.

I heard he could be on the Blues radar, if you guys get him, a top 4 spot wouldn't be out of the question, if injuries stay away.

If Jarrad Waite stays up forward, he can kick 60 to 80 goals next year, if he stays out of trouble with the Umpires.

But, if injuries hit you, you could be in trouble, if not, you could be in for a good ride next year.

That's from an outsiders point of view.

Was impressed with Sam Jacobs more than anybody from Carlton today. He beat Shane Mumford and, he could go along way for Carlton to be successful next year.

Also, you need more consistency from your small-forwards. They can be potent, but at the same time, they can be too predictable and inconsistent, but, hopefully, the Henderson/Waite duo on a permanent basis, can break that up and help Carlton.

5-6 Carlton supporters in this thread congratulating us, that shows some steel even if it's just on an internet forum.

I'm honestly not sure I could do the same after such an intense loss, so well done.

Congratulations you were worthy winners ,we had our chances but you were too good.
You are our absolute hoodoo side!
I can still remember losses to you guys at PP when we were flying!
All the best
