yes, I made a spelling error, I apologize

as for integrity, I do not see "Rat leaving a sinking ship" anywhere in the definitions

or do you justify all your own actions under a special CIK code of ethics?

Guess what ? I don't have to justify anything to you.
By the way, it's apologise, not apologize.

Not only has Port finished above Collingwood everytime in the last 4 seasons but Port holds a 4-1 record against Collingwood. The only time Port has lost to Collingwood was their first ever game. I think this is enough evidence to show that Hell has frozen over, probably about round 16 in 1997.

Whats this about Alberton experiencing bad weather?

Anyway your little statistics don't hold up, considering the mighty Magpies had an incompetent midget by the name of Tony unShaw
coaching us for the majority of those games you mentioned.

However by the time Mark Williams has finished with the wannabe magpies he'll make Shaw's coaching career look like James Francis Mchale(in comparison).

Don't make me laugh.
When other clubs take Port as seriously as Collingwood, I might afford you some credibility. At the moment you are the nearest thing we can get to a forfeit. Collingwood always commands respect, regardless of their ladder position.
Face it girls, you are swimming in the big pond now, and late-comers like you have no right to respect simply because you were a big deal in your local piss-ant competition.
Collingwood have earned our respect, all you can do is talk about it.

Hey Carey_is_Queer why don't you get your head out of Carey's ass and come back into the real world. You have more respect for Collingwood than Port big deal, your hurting my feelings, then again you support a team with no name no known location and no supporters. Maybe if you respected teams other then Collingwood you wouldn't have got your ass kick by Adelaide in the 98 GF.

Ha Ha Ha funny one fletch I can't stop laughing, your killing me here. So lets see the reason we have a 80% winning record against you is because you had a shit coach coaching a shit team but now things will change because you have a good coach, coaching the same shit team. Didn't Port beat Collingwood this year with your new coach and thats after we were on a 8 game losing streak, so you could say we were not bringing any form into the game.

Carb the Collingwood team you'll face in 2001, we'll be a very much improved side from the 2000 version and a hell of a lot better then the sides you faced previously in the "Unshaw years". Last year the game was played in wet condittions, which favours the less skillful team, also Buckley was playing on one leg.

We've recruited very well in the off-season adding the likes of :

Jarrod Molloy- Tough key position forward. Justin Clements- Tall defender, who will add height to the half back flankor back pocket.
Brodie Hollands- Midfielder with plenty of endurnace and is often compared to Robert Harvey, it has been reported that he was only let go from Fremantle because of a disagreement with Drum.
Chad Rintoul- A real in and under midfielder.
Carl Steinfort- Useful tagger.

And lets not forget Alan Didak.

Plus you've got the youngsters like Josh Fraser, Nick and Leon Davis, Tarkyn Lockyer, Rupert Betheras and Chris Tarrant who will all take that next step in 2001 after one or two years in the AFL.

Expect to see the most underrated defence in the league stand up week after week, with the likes of Prestigacomo and Richardson becoming household names. Also expect South Australia's favourite son and the man who has no fear Scott Burns to have a good/injury free year.

Then theres the Buckley factor, Carb you don't stand a chance!

Joffa you sound pissed off.

I totally agree with your comments that Port is shit. Every Collingwood supporter knows what they are talking about??????

I just like to say that 2 out of your last 4 captains started their careers at Port. Yeah thats right wasn't our coach who can't put three words together made captain of Collingwood in the 80's

As far as being the real Magpies, Real magpies live in trees just like monkeys e.g Collingwood supporters. Port is known as the Power we agreed not to wear our unique traditional guernsey in the AFL so Collingwood could wear that great vertical stripe guernsey, you know that design thats worn by the Hawks and the Roos and 1000s of other sporting teams throughout the world.

As far as going back to our country comp or the SANFL as its known here, I would love to have the old SANFL back but you Victorian pricks F___ed it up. The same way I hope the interstate clubs will f__k up your money hungry Victorian clubs.

Was that the same money hungry SA turd who was sacked as Captain and delisted, after it was discovered that he was meeting with other clubs when he was negotiating his contract?

It doesn't pay to be disloyal at Collingwood, just ask Mark Williams.

Btw We've got the black and white guernsey so deal with it.

Thank you Fletch finally some intellegent comments to back up a statement.

Your teams seems to be heading in the right direction, but you are still a couple of years behind Port.

This year we should have a full year from Bowen Lockwood, who has proven he is a good marking foward capable of kicking goals. That should take a lot of pressure off Tredrea. As well as getting back Brendon Lade our best tap and marking ruckman who can also go foward and kick goals. His return will give us 3 quality ruckman.

The club is also excepting the following young players to step up to the next level, players like Dew, Stevens, Carr, Cornes, Guerra, Burgoyne, Bassett, Murray and French all of who have had 3 to 4 years AFL experience.

Plus the recruiting of Daryl Wakelin and a full season from Wanganeen will improve our defense. We demand success from our club and every player knows that, otherwise they can go and play elsewhere. We have had our 4 years to adjust to AFL football now its time to get serious. NO EXCUSES!!!.

After reading your last post I'm taking back my intellegent comment statememt about you. Can you please explain why Collingwood thinks they hold the total rights to the Black n White colours, When teams like Carlton & Geelong and even huge English soccer teams like Liverpool and Arsenal can wear the same colours as each other.

I dsagree with that statement that we are two years behind Port, but we will just have to wait and see.

Also I'd like to hear your thoughts on Daryll Wakelin, personally I would have been furious if my club gave up a first round pick to get him. We got his brother Shane in the november draft in the third or forth round from memory.

Another two players I forgot to mention for Collingwood are Damien Adkins and Ben Johnson, I think Adkins is probably another two years and ten kilograms away from being a regular senior player but with his explosive pace anythings possible. I can't believe I forgot about mentioning Johnson, I'm a huge fan of his the kid has got loads of talent and plenty of courage and that left foot reminds me a lot of a young Gavin Crossisca.

Carb I think you'll find that although Carlton and Geelong wear the same colours the design of the tops is completely different i.e. Geelong have blue and white horizontal hoops whereas carlton have a navy blue guernsey with a white logo on the front makeing it very easy to distinguish between the two opposing clubs.

Also your argument about the English soccer clubs is flawed, because they use completely different colours in their away kits.

Fletch as far as trading our No. 4 pick for Darryl Wakelin. I don't have a problem with it, we do need some more experience in our side as we have a young list.

As far as I know the Power were hoping to pick up Alan Didak but they knew he wouldn't be around by the time the No. 4 pick came up and going by our coach the guy who can't put 3 words together, every player they had targeted they got. They even used their last pick which they were going to save until the December draft to pick Domenic Cassisi who they thought was going to be picked up by the time selection 20 came up.

Fletch, Port offered to wear different colours when they played Collingwood but Collingwood still were not interested. Anyway I think its about time the AFL fixed this uniform problem too many clubs clash. Each team needs a home and a alternate away guersney that doesn't clash with any other home teams guersney.

fair enough too, we were here first and the black and white colours are linked with Collingwood.

I don't think away guernseys are that important, although I like the look of ours with the centenary type logo on the front.

Very impressive indeed!

It's not who I respect stupid, it's who the other clubs respect. There is not a team in the competition which regards Collingwood as easy to beat, even when they are down. They have earned that respect over many years. You have been here for, what, 4 years ? You have done what ? When you have some sort of record on the board, come and talk to us.

Your comment about the 98 GF shows you for an immature adolescent, as it is totally irrelevant to the point at hand.
