I think that works best for everyone. Nobody wants to see the Dees kicked too hard while they're down right now and the fact that some of their picks have been traded this year complicates everything so extending it to next year making them miss the first two rounds of the draft plus the first round of PSD, along with FA would be fair.

I still hope Schwab and Connolly cop it in the backside. Though if the AFL wants to punish Melbourne perhaps they can be forced to sign those two up for 10 years!!!
