I don't think we will win another game this year.

Next week will be interesting then because I don't think we'll win another game this year :)

It's funny, next week is 2nd V 4th. It should be match of the round, but both sides are in horrible form.

Have to agree. Played like a bottom four side. No heart at all. :thumbsd: Our chip and wait game plan sucks. Have we heard of play on at all costs, I believe the top three sides in the comp do it.

Extremely gutted when we dish out crap like that. What an embarrasment to lose like this on your home ground.

Rosken, I agree at times we move the ball painfully slowly, but it is no point moving the ball on quickly in transition into our forward line if we are still moving forward and have nothing to kick too. If sides are going to double team Big Barry we need to be smarter to spot up the loose forward option. With Mickey O' out and the injury to Playfair and Goodes on one leg stretched us bigtime. Six posters from set shots didn't help our cause either!!! :(

wow. it seems that people liked playfair's game (what little there was to see), which is totally surprising considered he gets roasted so often.

i didn't see the game, but i think its tragic that playfair was starting to show some good signs and now got injured.

if we are going to have some injuries in our forward line, we need to think about smarter plays up the ground. obviously everyone would love to see a faster, play-on style (for 3 reasons - 1: faster movement = less chance for opposition to flood, 2: our disposal isn't precise enough for the chip and wait approach, and 3: its much more attractive footy!!), but are there some other gameplans that we should be looking at?

i think the biggest mistake in the swans gameplan this year (particularly in the games that we have lost) has been attacking down the wings. look at the top 3 sides and they almost always try to turn it back into the centre and control the corridor.

and hopefully that could help our goalkicking woes too!
good teams won't allow you the corridor they play us down the middle and give us the wings thus forcing us wide, we then must do the same to them and then it becomes who gets more clearances. however the second part isn't happening.

Probably just as well.

Be as concerned as you like, just base your concerns on some knowledge of the facts.

You may as well say ' i am concerned he has altzheimers and may not remember he needs to run' 'He has probably forgotten he needs to leap or grab the ball'

Both, are equally as likely, based on your evidence.
Dudley, would you still say that Goodes definitely does not have OP, and that there were no signs there over the past couple of weeks to indicate this?

Show me where i said 'he definately does not have OP' ?

I questioned your diagnosis based on the fact that you had OP. Personally, i doubted you had considered all other DDX, but had merely diagnesed the one thing you had ?

I suspect you are referring to other ill informed clap trap in the paper this morning comparing Goodes to Judd ?

Could be wrong though

OK you didn't say he does not have OP, however you were insinuating that there were no signs pointing to this possibility.

Especially with the following unreasonable statement... " You may as well say ' i am concerned he has altzheimers and may not remember he needs to run' 'He has probably forgotten he needs to leap or grab the ball' ".

The signs are there.

Nice try, but no cigar.

I find deciding on a disease, based on no knowledge or training, to be flawed.

Which is what i pointed out, the fact you dont like it, does not mean i insinuated he did or did not have any disease.

Sorry about that.

Round and round we go.

I didn't decide he had OP, i merely stated that there are some worrying signs, and it seems to be a possibility. Was just stating my concerns.

My initial statement: "I'm concerned he has Osteitis Pubis and may struggle for the rest of the year"

No decision made and no diagnosis offered.

LOL ok fair enough

I am concerned Jude Bolton's legs have fallen off and he may struggle for the rest of the year.

No decision or diagnosis offered.

Point taken but disagree with point made. Get my point? LOL

I'm also concerned that Brett Ebert has had an overdose of nerve tonic and his head is going to explode!
