That sounds about right if it's his first offence, but if he's been done before then he will lose his license for longer & get a heftier fine.

Hmm, someone I know got done for drink driving about 5 years ago now....he lost his license for 6 months & it was only his 1st offence. Not sure about how much he got fined though.

I think it also goes by how much over the limit you are & whether you're DD or DUI, not sure which ones the worst.

How much was he over? Surely that's gotta be a contributing factor to the penalty. Having said that, .11 isn't just a little bit over!
