Had PGA2K25 gifted to me today, haven't played a golf game properly for a long time. Has anyone played this ?

GTA V Online

Made nearly 3 million during the weeks bonus on business activities. While doing the main activity I was criss crossing between other businesses to keep more money rolling in.

OMG They've now got TMNT items in the shop, wil be buying them twice :p

Dark Souls II
finished and now deciding if I should buy Dark Souls III on pc, or just play the Xbox version :p

Top Spin 2K25

Won Wimbledon and the US Open, need to win 2 more grand slams and more Masters 1000 events to move to the next status achievement. Also considering buying the game and creating a new player on pc lol.

The game's mechanics have done a good job of latching itself onto my subconscious though. I find myself random thinking about how different combinations and approaches would work when I'm not playing.
It doesn't stop once you hit room 46. Finally got there but I have so many half complete puzzles I can probably work out with the right rng

Not getting the workshop will eventually make me rage delete this game

It's very much a run or two at a time game for me

The rng is sometimes very frustrating

Got room 46 tonight and even now I only understand like half of the storyline, haha

Just got a Meta Quest 3. Red Matter 2 is a pretty simply game in itself, but the VR aspect just takes it to another level.

I'd constantly forget about my environment, reaching out for an in-game lever only to bash my hand on the table next to me.

I kept forgetting that I wasn't actually in that environment. It's pretty basic puzzles, exploring a Russian style base on a seemingly abandoned planet. I'm about 45 minutes to an hour in. Not really sure, it's so easy to lose track of time.

The way the controllers were designed and how it implements itself within the game world is incredible.

defiance. was a mmorpg that died off and has come back as a free mmorpg via fawkes games.

i assume it's not the best but i have never really played mmorpgs that much. never played WoW. but a copy of defiance was given to me by someone when it first came out. i bought a copy of elder scrolls online but never even installed it.

Moved on from Blue Prince. Just not for me with all the rng shit. Concept is fun but if there is no way for me "win" unless being extremely lucky I don't really care.

Have dived in head first to Oblivion now.

I've started Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. An hour or so in and really good so far.

Also put a few more hours into Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. The game is so much more accessible now I've turned on the quest markers and actually know where I'm going. Good game.

initial reviews seem really positive and the trailer looked good I should download this on xbox

Have installed Doom (2016) and Doom Eternal for another playthrough in anticipation of Dark Ages.

Doom (2016)

Haven't played it since 2016 but having a blast. Great era for my kind of FPS with Doom, Titanfall 2 and the Wolfenstein reboot series. Will probably end up replaying all of them but Doom, Doom Eternal and Dark Ages first 😍

Have even unlocked a couple of achievements I didn't get the first time around, so far stuff like 'kill X number of demons with Y' type achievements.

Always felt that 2016 was better than Eternal, but it'll be interesting to see how I feel playing them back to back this time. I'm not all that far into 2016 though.

72 hours played ** Including 9 hours this current fortnight ** where about 69-70 hours is just letting the title screen run as a screen saver :p
Have just started getting into gaming a bit more and have just started getting into this.

Enjoying it heaps so far. Only thing is I'm a bit overwhelmed on how many jobs there are to do/available at once.

Does it matter much about what order you do the jobs etc.?
I've just been doing whatever is closest to me at the time, including all the little side jobs and stuff

Nope. Not at all.

I have barely played the game, literally 1st or 2nd mission after the tutorial lol
Kept on dying so I moved on and as you can see I've literally unlocked 1 achievement so far!!!!

I do want to get back into it and actually make some progress soon. Ssme with the Yakuza series I purchased months ago (and both Horizon games).

Beat Dragonslayer Armour in Dark Souls 3 last night. Epic fight, attempted it a few times yesterday morning and last night. I found if I embered up pre fight I got blitzed in seconds (only had 25 and was down to 15 before finally getting him).

Basically tried to piece together all of the best bits of my "deep runs" before dying. Switched to a weapon that produced frost and got closer to victory. Before it finally clicked and I had the upper hand in my successful fight. When I won, I celebrated as I was glad I finally got through.

Archives area up next, had a quick run, died... will try again soon.

do you do it just so your steam hours are up? easier ways to set a screen saver
