Now Sheedy is to depart he really does seem to be leaving a pretty massive hole.

Seriously now.....it was a move Essendon had to make as Kevin's drift from mystic fortuneteller into demented senility was starting to accelerate and their board have obvious decided that they need a little bit more control of their list (drafting etc...) and that was never going to happen with Sheedy at the helm.
