If you can Peejay get a look out the western side of the building, just stepped out the front door at home and there is a huge big grey cloud mass stretching from the south to the north. Has got rather dark out this way and I think rain is a good chance tonight.

I see it too, but often those types of cloud masses (yes, self-confessed weather nerd here) produce only light rain or rain that doesn't even reach the ground.
We may get a shower or two but nothing long-lasting.

Getting darker by the minute and wind picking up again. Could be a wild old night at the G and not just on the field or in the stands either. However the weather does not seem to be worrying the tacker who is out bouncing around on the trampoline.

Went "kayaking with dolphins" this morning (unfortunately the dolphins took the day off), have since been involved in a sh!t fight with dawks supporters on the AFL board (re:"wallace - we're an easy whack" - get in there and help me tiges!)
Few blokes coming round to watch the game live at my place ($50 bet with my carlton supporting house mate), then tomorrow i'm off to the blues & roots festival. I know that's not relevant; i just wanted to rub it in!

Not just the day, but the whole weekend. There's nothing more satisfying then taking pleasure at your teams win at the beginning of the round and sitting back to watch the other teams scrap it out... knowing you have 4 points in the bank.

I'm on an oil rig in the far east of Russia, looking at all the snow outside while I 'duck the fog'. No work to do today so i'll be keeping up with the live updates.

Can't wait to get home and see a game in the flesh. This job destroys half the season but it has its benefits...

Ha ha, well we do produce a quarter of a million barrels a day so could surely spare a few... Not sure you want to put it straight in the tank though! Might need to change the fuel filter pretty often...
