Snapped the key (metal bit from plastic bit) to my bosses car whilst doing a delivery during one of my first shifts at an old job. Freaked out, went to a nearby hardware store and got some super-glue and attempted to glue it back together. Took me a good 30 minutes but I managed to glue it together well enough so that you could start the car (the key looked horrible by this stage). Gave the boss back his keys and he was none the wiser .

Saw the boss the next day and he said the key snapped when he tried to leave the night before and he had to use a pair of pliers to start the car. I felt pretty bad and I'm sure he knew what I had done but he was a good bloke and didn't say anything.

Looking back now it's hilarious but it definitely took a few years off my life.

I once accidentally smashed the door of a self service pie oven in the cafeteria at uni.

That doesn't compare to the story I once heard of a guy who had a mishap while doing work experience at the ABC Studios in Gore Hill back in the 90s.

I once snapped two putters over my knee during a round at Collier Park golf course in Perth a few years back.

Was having a nightmare of a round, my mates were chirping in my ear the whole time and I lost it. I had my regular putter and a new putter my mate had bought but wasn't happy with it and I was giving it a test run to see if I liked it.

Broke the first one then threw it in nearby lake, grabbed the next one and did the same. My mates were on rolling around on the green pissing themselves.

About 5 minutes later I felt very calm and cleansed.

I was 16, home alone, and someone broke into our house. I grabbed my emergency baseball bat and walked (tiptoed) around the house looking for the little bitch.

I was in the lounge room, and saw a distant reflection in the mirror of a ripped guy. I chickened out, ran to the nearest window, smashed the hell out of it, dived through it and ran for my life. In the process, smashing all the photos and my grandpa's urn that were on top of the sill.

But that's about as exciting as my life gets

closest thing to breaking must be the silver napkin rin of my mother's , I wanted to tes its flexibility , unfortunately it was less than I thought and to this day it has a fold at top where they shouldnt be one, ..

my brother was a great breaker of things, I wasnt as much...
