does anyone else here think that we should target another speedy small forward this draft? think about it. pavlich at CHF, Kepler at FF, Mayne as the steve johnson type roaming forward, balla, and player X as the good crumbing small forwards, and a resting mid i.e fyfe, hill etc as the last forward. i just think when ballas is out, mayne is left to do all the forward pressure work, we could use another small forward, and walters doesnt have the speed/will to cut it in that regard. hows claremonts richardson going?

its a strange on with jack. he obviously believed he was a shoe in for the FF spot, but just hasnt been given the opportinities he expected, and may have a case of the sulks, there is still hope, but i struggle to see why he wasnt given a regular go when he was in good form for subi. the whole team were a shamble against west coast, so why was he singled out? he must be doing something wrong.

As a claremont fan, I've seen Richardson play quite a few games. He is a great mark and a great kick at goal. Attacks hard and I'd love to find a spot for him. I think he's turning like 23/24 though, not sure if age has any factor. He played a horrible game against QLD though in all honesty but I've always rated him so highly and thought he'd be picked up by at least one of the WA AFL sides. I just love the way he attacks the contest.

yeah, i must admit i havent really seen mellington play, is he fast? im talking about another ballantyne type. and as for ruffles, you all know that i love the guy, hell i was calling him gods gift to football at one stage, but i think his role is as a wingman/half forward, not as a genuine foward pocket

Everyone knows what I write is logical and factual, they agree with it, just not brave enough to say it usually.

Maybe I'm being pedantic here; logical, I'd generally agree with. Factual, dunno so much. Most of what you (and all of us) all write is based on opinion. Whether an opinion is a reasonable one or not, it's still an opinion. Not a fact.

As I said, some opinions make more sense than others, but that's a separate point.

Or was there sarcasm in that sentence that I've managed to miss?
