Mine has to be 1 of these 3. Tarrants goal after the siren against adelaide in 2003 (my birthday), Didaks goals against brisbane in the qualifying final in 2003 or the destruction of Geelong in 2008. Whats yours?

1990 GF. Unfortunately I wasn't there but the streets around Vic Park were absolutely mad and something I will never forget. :thumbsu::)

at the dome in 2002 round 8 or something against the lions (great memory if i cant remember exact details hah)

first game i had been to live and it was a classic, atmosphere was ridiculous.

Close second would have to be the final against the eagles in 07 with extra time, most intense game ive watched

Yeah that 2003 Qualifying Final would probably be the one for me.

Even though we lost, the 2007 Prelim against Geelong was also a great day at the footy.

Anthony Rocca goal in the 2002 Prelim against the crows.

Never heard anything like it.

Watching the 1990 GF on a couch in the middle of the street next door to the Caringbush Hotel (TV on the footpath), aftrerwards walking down to Vic Park.

1- didaks goal in the 03 qulifying final
2- Jack Anthonys goal against the crows 09 semi final
3-tarrants goal after the siren against the crows

Obviously 1990 GF.

The qualifying final against Port in 2002. No Bucks, MM playing his mind games. Licca plays the game of his life.

2003 QF against the Lions also a great memory.

Bucks to Dids" If you don't think you can kick it just centre it and Pebs and Taz should create a spillage"

Dids..thinks....."Nah.... I'll have a shot".

That didak goal in the 03 QF was the best set shot ever. sooooo perfect

But my fave at a game is last year Jacks goal against the crows, we were gawwn, but what a comeback.
this year pies:D
GO THE PIES:thumbsu:

Leon Davis, goal of the year in 2008. Sheer poetry!

Also Leon, about 2002-3, being pursued by two huge brutes, I was actually worried for him, somehow he gathered the ball near the sideline, slipped between them, they crashed into each other and fell and didn't get up for some time, then he - almost with disbelief that he was still alive - sent a 60 metre kick to Didak in the goal square. More sheer poetry.

the 2002 round 8 game i was jumping around in the longue room.

the 2002 game first final against port (with no buckley) when ben johnson tackled burgone i think.. i went a bit ballisitic! first final we had played in years!

buckleys goal from outside 50 in the 2002 grand final..

reading this thread is bringing back so many memories.

I still can't go past Jack Anthony's goal. Both of Didak's goals were bloody awesome but in the SF 2009 I was sure that we had lost, then suddenly it turns around and it was just amazing!:thumbsu:

Being at the MCG on October 6th, 1990.

Agree with this one, stands out for more then the obvious reasons.

Was one of the lucky ones that were actually in the ground and at the celebrations at Vic Park afterwards, will never forget that day and night.

I just want to see this again, the sooner the better, please.:thumbsu:

The 2008 festruction of Geelong is up there. The West Coast 2007 Prelim. with extra time on when we ran away with it in the last few minutes or so.The !990 GF which I saw for the first time this summer, working that day. And believe it or not the first GF we played in the naughties.

Oh and the debut of Goldsack and Marty Clarke against Sydney. I'll miss that potato head for some years to come. And Goldies for his guts and glory debut season.

Another word to add to the holy Pieble.:thumbsu:

Goldsack debuted against bulldogs, think he played on higgins.
He did, and he got his arse kicked, one moment in particular where Goldy fell over and Higgins ran into or created a goal was rather embarrassing.

Being at the MCG on October 6th, 1990.

Can't go past that special day. Apart from that watching Peter Daicos turning matches on their head dozens of times when we were in deep trouble. Unforgettable days for those who lived them.

The most excited I've been- the Jack Attack v Crows last year.

Also the 02 grand final, just the build up of the first granny that I'd seen the pies be a part of. Being at the game was something special (**** you aker + lynch + goal umpire). Considering I was only 12 at the time I didn't actually care too much at the time. 03 was another matter...
