3 years of desensitising injections for grass pollens improved things slightly but I still get it quite bad.

I Shanked a drive and it dribbled about 20 yards into a fairy soft area beside the ladies tees......so the peanut gallery were still present.

Next par 4, 270, I drive to within 20 of the green, up down birdie. Actually I'm.a gun!

Next hole I shank my drive then drill my second 6 inches under the ground.... Nup still rubbish.

There are four people in my section at work, each year they all get their birthday off but because my birthday is in January and everyone wants holidays in January I never get my birthday off.

Because this one lady always applies a year in advance and has had January off to go to the beach with her family the past 10+ years and my boss has young kids so I'd feel guilty taking time off in school holidays when she could be spending time with her kids.

Basically, I'm too nice to ever say anything and I don't like rocking the boat so to speak.

She also takes sick leave for consultation appointments about cosmetic stuff, I had an MRI booked a few months back and took it as an RDO because I didn't think it could be classified as sick leave due to me actually not being sick and I could of gone to work after ... I'm different I guess.

I thought the ?? was regarding taking an RDO for a medical appointment, as an MRI is exactly that. Medical appointment = sick leave I reckon, unless you save your sick days for sickies..?

I only take sick days if I physically am sick, I see an MRI as just a scan, it doesn't make me sick therefore I should be able to work after it.
