Freshly mown grass is a particular favourite of mine. Always reminds me of arriving at baseball spring training and Opening Day.

The smell of salt water walking along the beach.
New car smell. They sell cans of the stuff in the States.
The leather of a brand new cricket ball or football.
Certain strains of bacteria eg Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus milleri group, and Haemophilus influenzae.
