Collingwood. Forever.
For D.Spriggs?

I don't rate him, but I've heard some quiet whispers that Collingwood may be looking at him.

If a draft pick, what number?

If a player, what type?

Maybe S.O'Bree? Or if Loats isn't looking too good, maybe S.McKee?

i rekon we would be looking at a 2nd rounder possibly or a player that hasnt realy made a impact on the collingwood team ie like scotland.

Likely candidates would be:

S.O'Bree (M)
S.McKee (R)
B.Nixon (M/F)
A.Williams (F/D)
M.McGough (M)
B.Kinnear (KF/KD)
M.Lokan (M/F/D)
D.King (D/F)

Who would suffice from that list?

At this stage, our depth is pretty good, thus i don't think we need to be bringing in more 'depth footballers'.

If i had to take someone from that list, i'd take Stinky or young Bowman.

Personally, i'd want draft picks only. I'd take a 3rd rounder (which Collingwood don't have now), but the club will look for a second rounder, no doubt.

I would be interested in getting morrison. Had a lot of potential as a junior and is a key marking forward.

William Morrison
Height 192 cm
Guernsey Number: 10
Weight: 98 kg
Recruited From: North Hobart
Date of Birth: 6 January 1986
MAGPIE BIOGRAPHY
A physical key position player in the Jonathan Brown mould, the Tasmanian teenager was selected by the Magpies with their first pick, at No. 17 overall, in last year’s National AFL Draft. Although he missed last season after a shoulder reconstruction, he has been earmarked for an AFL career since kicking nine goals on debut for North Hobart seniors as a 14-year-old. Could eventually develop into a centre half-forward, centre half-back or full-forward. Recorded the biggest hand span at the 2003 National Draft Camp.

If we were unable to morrison i would endeavour to secure a draft pick (2nd or 3rd round) in return for spriggs

and while they're at it, get them to chuck in Buckley and Tarrant

Have you actually seen Morrison play?

If he were a racehorse, he'd have been put down by now.

Not saying he won't make it, but i don't think we need another tall 'project'.

Collingwood only drafted the bloke last year and one would think they would give him every oppurtunity to develop into the player his potential suggests he can become before even thinking of trading him.

You wouldn't trade a kid like Morrison - he's just getting over some shoulder injuries and is only now just starting to kick a few in the Williamstown seniors.

What would we want for Davidson? Well I wouldn't trade him, but it's hard to put a tag on him - his potential is as big as anyone's at the club, but 2 knee-reco's take a lot off.

Personally, I'd settle for someone like Enright...though that's probably asking for too much when swapping a kid with 1 game under his belt.

If pushed to take a player I would try to make a deal that inluded a third club. I think Bo Dixon would be quite appealing to several clubs but not us. Gardiner is probably the same sort of player and he has had to stuggle to find his niche, another is not needed

Straight swap to Pies Spriggs R2 pick no higher than 25, if any higher they must throw something else into the deal.

3 way, something like

Spriggs+ R4 pick to Pies
Nixon + R4 pick to Port Adelaide
Chaplin to Cats

He marks, the Crome motor bike tells him to go long , but no he stays to the game plan and goes short to Rock Ling , swings on to the left , big suprise there. Big Leo King is free in the centre but no he looks to the fat side up forward , big Benny leads but he kicks a mongrel finger breaking up country punt kick , the balls indispute now ,the pack has formed and they are all in there, in there fighting ,its rough and tuggered , its tough and ruggered too, its tough ugly football, its hard , its hard , its so hard and Im not just talking about the football. Hang on, its spills free and sombody has got it, its the Little Pontif Ablett he goes right, he goes and pumps the fake ,he gos to left oh how did he do it hes thru, swings on to the right around the corner with his patented inside out reverse torp its a ... Bang a Gonggg its a a goallllli Yablettttttttttttttttttttttttttt !!!!!!!
