He also helps out with my school, Geelong College and its senior footy teams.

According to the AFL Season guide, he's the player development manager at the club.

The local Geelong club i play for had him come down and take training for a night when he was the VFL coach. Was a great training session. He presented so well and how he spoke and conducted training was awesome. I would love to have had him as a coach. No wonder North Shore won all those flags under him.

Spot on. I don't think it's any coincidence that the players at the forefront of our team during the streak, like Ablett, Bartel and SJ all played under him in the 2002 VFL premiership winning side.
