damn, Headland is cut for the 1st time ever.
at the risk of sounding like Embers on Mitch Brown, we look ripped and fit

About time too...some of the condition we have been operating at has regularly looked sub-standard to me. Well done mr Harvey and co

This is the bit I like (esp the bold part):

Much of Harvey's pre-season training schedule has been about setting new individual and team levels of achievement, and harsh personal performance-assessment.

The tough new approach will intensify in the opening days of January when training resumes at the Port.

"I've said to the players, they've got to detest being beaten in anything,'' Harvey said. ``They're training with a lot of intensity.

...

"I would've thought that these guys have understood that they're perhaps a little bit quiet when the pressure is on in games.

"They've got to lift the intensity of their voice and help each other.

Pity we never tried this crab walking caper in our early years. We really had the team for it back then.

I was going to say something about that too Lach, but then I saw this pic

and this one

and thought better of it. But that first one in isolation is pretty funny (sorry Kep) :D

I wonder if they are doing this training in small groups, or if Harvs has hand picked a select few he feels need a bit more work in this area?

We might have had one of the oldest teams, but we have so much qulaity with the younger players that are all getting much bigger thses days. I say our 'premiership window' has just opened for the next 5 years.

I think for many years the main problem at freo is a bit of development between the ears . With this more physical approach maybe this will give a few players the confidence they need when it comes to those games that hold a more physical aspect due to the size of grounds like sydney and geelong . cant wait for the season to kick off

Nice cover Dockers fans, but I believe the story is a poor excuse from the Dockers friendly media over here for some obviously strange goings on. And by the look of poor old Pavlich's face in Pic 7, you'd want to look at changing habits down there fast, as whatever was going on must have hurt and that's not how you want to treat your captain.

Merry Xmas Dockers fans ;)

Whats that Tatoo under Jeff's Heart..??

Probably His Kids? Looks like "Ready, Set, Go"
