OK. You know those moments when you just forget a word? Having one of those now, and no-one seems to know what word I'm talking about.
Anyway. When you have a movie or a TV show that has two characters or situations happening in completely different circumstances (take Schindler's List for example - the Jews are portrayed, then it constantly flicks to the well-off Germans), and the movie/show flicks between the two scenes to highlight the differences - what is that called? There's a specific term for when this is used in movies and such. And I can't think of that word.
