I remember for me it probably started as early as grade 1, however I didn't know what was happening at the time and had no idea how to control my feelings. From about grade 1-5 it only ever occurred when I was embarrassed, at moments such as getting shut down by a teacher, or being slow with my work; sitting at a table by myself haplessly trying to speed up my progress whilst everyone else was sitting on the floor, ready to move on to the next activity (yes, I was that guy in school). It was a strange feeling, it was somewhat uncomfortable..yet I secretly enjoyed it, if that makes sense. It was like being in a dream, but you knew very well the situation was real, and because of this my mind turned to mush and everything seemed like a blur. Kind of like when you cop a blow to the head and it takes you a few seconds to realise what just happened. It was strange but I never seemed to question it for some reason.

Then from about grade 5 onwards I kind of knew why it was happening and learnt to control it a little more, start to notice girls in a more erotic fashion and that's where it took off basically.

The first girl I recall liking was in my early years at primary school. Her name was Gaye and she had long dark hair and grey eyes. She was mad about horses and kept drawing them so I sat next to her and learned to draw horses as well. I heard when she went to high school she never grew out of her obsession with horses and used to prance around making clip clop sounds like in Monty Python and the Holy Grail...... so maybe it was not meant to be
