Days off I always go to the gym of a morning and have a shower afterwards. Then have a shower at night as well.

I start work at 5am so only shower of a night on work days. Don't even bother doing my hair now either since I'll just chuck on a hat at work. No ****s given anymore to be presentable at work when I don't need to be.

Living in a humid tropical environment now, if I shower in the evenings then by 4-5pm I haven't showered for 20 hours and I still have to deal with people.

If I shower in the morning it's only 10 hours...
