Where is Polo???

Is there a reason why Polo has been missing from our lineup for the past couple of weeks?

Might have helped staunch the flow on Sunday night. A bit of fire and run on the half back flank could have saved a lot of goals from all those Geelong centre breaks. Deledio clearly wasn't up to it on his own.

obviously had a run in with the coaching staff who deemed it necessary to discipline him. No doubt he'll be back, will just be silly if hes not brought in this week

Aparantly he was dropped for having those spots died in his hair against Collingwood. He also does other silly things like shave his nuts etc... weirdo...

LMAO. According to Wallace in todays press conference he was dropped because of form, doubt it though.

If it's true that he was dropped just for having spots dyed in his hair this is extremely poor judgment from TW. He's a footy player FFS! we've seen players sporting attention seeking hairstyles like this for years.

The RFC can ill afford to drop players like Polo on such a whimsical basis.

He was dropped for not following team rules. In the Western Bulldogs game, he let Cooney get away from him in the last quarter and as a consequence had at least 3 goals kicked on him.

Seems more believable than a silly hairstyle , but its gonna mean a lot of changes this week if breaking team rules worth 2 weeks at coburg

I can believe his hair style was mentioned to him but doubt he was dropped for it ... Polo's hair style shows his individuality but the coaches are trying to instil team ahead of individualism and I suspect that is what may have been mentioned.

It wasn't his hair!

Just accept that Terry made the right decision because he definately did.

didnt bombers player, andrew lovett have a similar hairstyle in the anzac round last year. He was dropped by sheedy i think.

100% it was for the hair style.... get a copy of the video against West Coast and it clearly says at the beginning of the game (Gerald Healy) that he was dropped for his hairstyle.

Aparently he is bit of a larrikin and does silly things.

No... actually the commentator said "It had to have been for the hairstyle" or something to that effect. Btw 3 days later Polo's hair was fine. Why would they keep him out for 2 weeks when it was fine the day after?

He was not dropped for his hair. It was something else

have heard from a tiger that he's on odd ball and the hair was the icing on the cake for Terry.Word is he got enough punishment from the playing group for the hair so hope he did something a little more to upset Terry, apparently a significant fine for the end of season trip also.

FWIW good mate use to room with him at Gippy power on the overnight stays and despite saying he was one of the honest most down to earth bloke you'd wanna run onto the field with apparently was good at being the weird introverted clown without meaning to be. One night before a game in Bendigo apparently Dean went missing from his hotel, turns out he got a bit peckish during the night, fled the hotel, flagged down a carful of young ladies and talked them into running him to the servo to buy a dirty servo chicken roll...apparently this sort of behaviour was vintage Polo.
