Part 1, any Friday. management do this because people are more likely to go ballistic on a Monday. And I mean ballistic in the literal sense, of shooting the place up.

Part 2, not sure. but would be interested to find out as I am considering purchasing one.

True, and in particular with around an hour until knock off time or right on knock off time to minimise impact on other staff members.
