Reading the age yesterday and noticed the pies are looking at 3 options for the pre season draft. Chris Bryan, tristan Cartledge and Clark Keating.

Personally i would take the most experienced, in that case it would be clark keating.

Just wanna know who u guys would prefer out of them 3.

You have picked the best of that lot ferga,but i would bypass them all ,Keating would be great but his history of injuries count against him,we are better off swallowing our pride and getting cameron back where he belongs,MM did not give the kid a go,2 years on the list for a young lad his size is not enough time to establish his position within the team.

Actually it was 4 years and he made his debut 3 years ago. He was hampered by dodgy shoulders (2 shoulder reconstructions), so he hasn't had much luck. We took a punt on delisting Cameron, and I'm not flustered by it at all.

But in that group I'd draft Keating. Injuries aside. Been there, done that! Get fit and he should be a handy addition.

Get keating.Cam cloke is still training at the lexus centre up until a few days a go. .The pies won't redraft him, the problem is they are worried that his shoulder goes again,he's had had three recos on his shoulder already .Slim chance,but if he misses out all together in the draft(s) we may put him on the rookie list.With brisbane signing mal michael,jason Cloke may miss also,rumour was that essendon were interested but unlkely now. A half fit keating is better than cartledge and bryan.Keating has the big body,and experience we need ,he can match it the big bodied ruckmen,plus we should pick up either hampson or renouf in the national draft.

It has been suggested before that we may still be liable for his rehabilitation from injury until the end of his contract, which runs until November 31st like all standard AFL contracts, IIRC.

After much thinking I'd rather Bryan over the other two. Keating is an older version of Richards, his only advantage is his bash and crash style but he is still washed up and past it in my view. Cartledge is not much chop and injured as well. With Bryan we have a AFL ready ruck backup in emergencies and he is still relatively AFL-young, so there is a chance under a different coach he could blossom.
