Could differ depending on individuals' idea of best 22. I have the Eagles at 9 that I can think of:

Josh Kennedy (Blues)
Sam Mitchell (Hawks)
Elliot Yeo (Lions)
Lewis Jetta (Swans)
Nathan Vardy (Cats)
Jamie Cripps (Saints)
Mark Hutchings (Saints)
Jack Redden (Lions)
Sharrod Wellingham (Pies)

Out of best 22:

Josh Hill (Bulldogs)
Drew Petrie (Kangaroos)

(Plus bonus questions)

Which Premiership team in the AFL era currently holds the record for this on Grand Final day?
Which team has the most on their list, not including best 22?
Which team has the least?

I'd imagine that we would have the least amount. Only 3 in our best 22, 5 in total.

Travis Cloke

Here's a funny one - GWS have plenty.
Davis, Mumford, Johnson, Ward, Scully, Shaw. Probably De Boer isn't best 22, but Deledio would be if fit. Plus Griffin, Mzungu, Simpson, and Patfull. So at least 12 on the list.

I think Richmond have 5 in best 22, plus 5 others on list (including Maric, who has technically retired).

Our 95 flag team had a few from memory - at least 6 off the top of my head including almost the entire starting forward line.

B: 14 Michael Sexton 1 Stephen Silvagni 39 Ang Christou
HB: 33 Matthew Hogg 35 Peter Dean 5 Andrew McKay
C: 13 Milham Hanna 7 Brett Ratten 43 Anthony Koutoufides
HF: 23 Dean Rice 11 Earl Spalding 6 Matt Clape
F:
2 Greg Williams 4 Stephen Kernahan (c) 19 Brad Pearce
Foll:
44 Justin Madden 21 Craig Bradley 20 Fraser Brown
Int: 16 Scott Camporeale 32 Adrian Whitehead 22 Glenn Manton
Hogg (Footscray) and Madden (Essendon) also.

Adelaide had 9 in '98 as well, with Caven, Connell, Ellen, James, Jarman, Koster, Robran, Stevens and Thiessen.

9 is the most (counting players who had actually played for another club) in "the AFL era", and should be the highest no. of all time. Carlton had 8 in 1995 as did Port Adelaide in 2004.

Edit:
Including players who are no longer playing but still listed e.g. Heritier Lumumba at Melbourne and Chris Yarran at Richmond.

There are 14 players currently on lists who have come to their current club having been on the list at another club(s) without playing senior football. Another 4 players (Currie, Giles, Hamling and Patfull) have been at a club without playing senior football but came to their current club having played seniors at yet another club! Geelong's Menegola has been at two previous clubs without playing seniors.
