when it counted, gibbs was by far bog. robinson was best of new group. waite showed us why he is the leader of the backline and i though stevo played really well accross half back, including putting his body on the line.

Gibbs was BOG by a mile for us, IMO. He will be a superstar.

Fev was awesome up front.

Stevens very good in a new role running off half back.

Grigg sensational in the first half, good in the 2nd. Seems to have developed some agro in his game which is fantastic to see.

Robbo (aka. "The Energizer Bunny") was fantastic. Got to every contest he needed to, and even some he didn't. Didn't stop running until he could hardly walk, then came off for 5 minutes, then came back on and he hardly missed a beat. Once he puts some more bulk on he'll be a marvel, throwing himself into packs. Disposal is very good.

Garlett really promising. Only played around a half but he is very exciting. Disposal needs some work at time but he is smart. And he's a good grab for someone his size. Needs to double his weight, though - he's a twig!

Gibbs, easily. He looked a class above everyone out there last night. Gibbs is the most talented player to have ever come out of the draft system since it was created. Extreme talent. Just an outstanding footballer.

Roger that, Simmo was everywhere and improved as the game progressed. Why he misses those running shots for goal so much is beyond me.

I don't think Gibbs will go back to Adelaide one way is for him to extend his contract for say 3-5 years didn't he say he'll be a one club Player

He killed Hale last night IMHO Jammo, you have to remember those peanuts Umpires (esp Hay Hay Kennedy) gave ridiculous soft and unfair freekicks, cause Jammo (and later Waite) made a couple of legit spoils, then Hale dived, and fell over, and the umpires got sucked in, and gave him a couple of charity goals.

Considering the height and weight advantage hale had on Jammo, It was a marvellous effort.
