Who will be the first team to win a flag?

I know both sides are quite a bit off the pace at present moment but out of these two powerhouse sides which do you think will be the first to win a flag and make it premiership number 17??

IMHO its obviously Carlton simply because they have so many 'potential' greats from being at the bottom for so long........

essendon have a wierd predicament if you ask me.... So many important and vital oldies who have been refresehed by some youngsters playing some good footy... But when those oldies are gone, its gonna be hard to mount a team which can push for the premiership

Although they do have some good youngsters (and some overrated ones) Essendon are destined to be a 'solid' team atm who cant challenge the biggest teams... But the Blues in a good 3-4 years can turn into a real challenge
