Why am i stuck on..

Question moderators...why am i stuck on 269??

I have made heaps of post but i am stuck on this nymber..is this some kind of joke?

Posts only count from the AFL board, the regional board and the team boards. No posts count from the general talk boards.

I assume none of these posts have been made on the AFL board. Posts are now only counted if you post on the AFL board, not sure about the team boards.

Ahhhh this explains why only a few of my posts have been added on. I was wondering WTF was going on!

Thats great news. It'll stop some people posting for the sake of increasing their post counts.

It's a REALLY good idea, but IMO hasn't done a whole lot to stop all the crap posts.

Be patient. Every now and again they will pop up and ask "why isn't my post count going up" and then flood the post-counting boards with their trash.

In my opinion the general talk board has slowed down considerably.

Maybe that's just me.

It has, but there are still a TON of threads that degenerate into personal conversations for pages and pages, I'd hoped that kind of thing might stop.

Yes I did, then I stopped. Didn't realise it was such a crime to change my ways.

Not a crime but to make out that those threads are a waste of time is hypocritical, especially when you are still posting in PC's bar thread which most would say is just a post grabbing thread if posts still counted which they dont.

Strange thing now is people are starting inane topics on the footy board so there posts count & they are being left there, obviously someone isn't concerned about stopping post grabbing threads.

So I don't see the harm in posting in them. And oops I posted ONCE in there in the last couple of weeks, shame on me.

If I was concerned at all about boosting my post count, wouldn't I be on the main or team boards making up topics? Yes. Am I? No.

If you're interested in getting your post count up, you could try talking about football. Bit of a challenge tonight, although it's easy for me because after my beverage consumption I am quite quite mad.
